Benjamin Chambliss practiced bankruptcy law exclusively for over a decade before joining Larson & Zirzow in 2023. The client-focused environment at Larson & Zirzow enables Mr. Chambliss to develop solutions specifically tailored to each client’s particular circumstances and needs. Mr. Chambliss primarily represents debtors and creditors in consumer and business bankruptcies filed under Chapter 7, Chapter 13, and Subchapter V of the Bankruptcy Code.

Mr. Chambliss also protected the rights of his consumer clients by prosecuting automatic stay and discharge violations, and assisting in the prosecution of violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Mr. Chambliss was born and raised in Texas, but he has called Nevada home since moving to the state in 2002. Mr. Chambliss is a proud double-graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, having received his Bachelor of Arts from UNLV in 2006, and his Juris Doctorate from UNLV’s William S.
